Innate Pharma, a global clinical-stage biotechnology company, announced a major leadership transition. Mondher Mahjoubi, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), has resigned to pursue an opportunity at a large pharmaceutical company. Starting January 2024, Hervé Brailly, the current Chairman of the Supervisory Board, former CEO, and co-founder of Innate Pharma, will take over as interim CEO.
